study groups
and retreats
Solid foundations are important when building a house and vital when building a life for ourselves and others. The book A Life’s Work. How to find meaningful value in everyday work. is full of ideas on the value we can generate in our work each day. But what are the foundations for building this value driven work life?
This page is under construction and will provide details of two opportunities to explore further.
study groups
A seven session course based on the book that helps you think through the faith foundations to work with meaning and explore life that is good for the soul. Each session will feature short videos, discussion questions and a further thinking study with quotes from leading thinkers and relevant Bible passage.
retreats
An opportunity to reconsider what is important in work and life. Each retreat will be facilitated by a number of experts who will help participants think again about what values and beliefs their attitudes and actions spring from, what they value and what they hope to invest their life in going forward. The retreats will connect with foundational Christian teaching but no previous faith experience necessary.
The course and retreats are currently under development but please be in touch if you can help test a prototype of the course, would like details of the first retreats or if there is any other way I can help you explore how work with value connects to your soul.
